A name of her own is part of the Solo plan. Free for 30 days at launch.
Dear Ms Schulz, dear Mr Brandt, Your assistant, please find a time for this next week.
Before and after
Without an assistant
12 emails and 4 days for one meeting with two companies – and one of you ends up playing secretary.
With your assistant
You write one sentence and cc your assistant. No further emails after that – the meeting is booked.
Provisional example figures, not yet measured. We will replace them with real values from our own use.
How it works
- Connect your calendar. Your assistant only sees when you are free or busy.
- Cc your assistant on an ordinary email and add one sentence.
- Your assistant coordinates with everyone involved and puts the meeting in your calendar.
For the first requests, your assistant shows you each email for approval before sending it. After that, she works on her own if you wish.
Template for your first request
Dear Ms Schulz, dear Mr Brandt, I would like to discuss our project with you both in a short video call of about 45 minutes. [name of your assistant], please find a time for this next week. Kind regards
What should your assistant be called?
You are free to choose the name. It will appear in every email from then on.
And the other side?
Nothing to install, nothing to click, no account to create. The people you are meeting simply reply to an email – in their own words.
Your assistant openly identifies herself as a digital assistant in every email. Nobody has to wonder who they are writing to – and that is exactly what makes replying easy.

Frequently asked questions
What happens if something goes wrong?
If your assistant is not sure she has understood a reply, or needs a decision, she asks you instead of guessing. She only takes the steps her fixed process allows – an incoming email cannot make her do anything else. For the first requests, you also approve every email before it is sent.
Which calendars are supported?
At launch, Microsoft 365 and Google Calendar. Your assistant only reads when you are free or busy, and adds the meetings that have been agreed.
Does our company IT need to set anything up?
Usually not. Nothing is installed, and your assistant needs no access to your inbox. Some companies only allow calendar connections after IT approval – in that case, that one approval is all it takes.
How do I cancel?
The conditions for cancelling are set out in our terms. After cancelling, you can continue on the free plan; the name of your assistant stays reserved for you for 90 days.
What happens to my data?
The application and the database run in the EU. Your assistant only sees emails she is copied on, and only free or busy in your calendar. Payment data is processed by Stripe. The privacy policy names every service provider we use and where it processes data.
Will the other side notice that an AI is writing?
Yes, and that is intentional. Every email states that it comes from a digital assistant – on every plan, and it cannot be switched off. The people you are meeting always know who they are writing to, and still simply reply by email.
Who is behind this?
Behind MySecretary.cloud is a consultant who has written too many scheduling emails himself. The company operating the service is named in the imprint.
